This position supports the Army Prepositioned Stocks – 4 (APS-4) Program located in Camp Humphreys, South Korea. The Operations Coordinator will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR’s Zero Harm program. **Job Summary** The Operations Coordinator will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR’s Zero Harm program. The Operations Coordinator will assist the Program Management Staff for all contractor operations and management functions; tracks, monitors, and administers APS-4 operational activities; reviews and analyzes Operations Orders (OPORDs), plans and taskings from AFSBn-NEA and higher headquarters and develops logistics contingency/exercise support; manages, resources, and coordinates special projects/taskings through completion; participates in the development and on-going analysis of productivity plans; organizes and prepares documents, files, and reports per the customer and contracting official’s request in a timely manner; manages the process of compiling, analyzing and interpreting statistical data related to contract operations and initiates and develops corrective actions; oversees the preparation of weekly and monthly reports and extracts data from reports used in preparation of both USG and KBR monthly and quarterly briefing slides; works closely with the KBR HR Department on matters related to APS-4 work
