Must Have
Grant management experience, Project Management and ability to lead teams, excellent computer skills, proficient in Windows and Microsoft programs, able to build consensus among managers and staff representing diverse organizations partnering in the workforce development system, knowledgeable of workforce development program operations and designs, effective oral, written, personal and telephone communication skills, professionalism in all work-related relationships, building and maintaining quality working relationships, managing multiple projects from conception to completion, Experience working in public relations, recruiting, coordinating services, B2B outreach, collaboration within a team environment
Nice to Have
detail oriented, organized, entrepreneurial mindset, analytical abilities, high level of critical thinking and problem solving
What You'll Do.
manage and coordinate apprenticeship and grant related activities
manage internal and external aspects of apprenticeship related activities
build and manage apprenticeships
develop workflow processes
develop related technical instruction
support apprenticeship outreach activities
manage administrative tasks
grow and maintain successful apprenticeship programs
coordinate services on behalf of employers
ensure apprenticeship participants are enrolled in appropriate programs

Team & Collaboration
work closely with the Michigan Works! Talent Team; key collaborator with leaders and staff across the Kinexus Group family; build consensus among managers and staff; collaboration within a team environment
