**Job title** :__ apprenticeship 12 months - digital & continuous improvement lead * Location: Gentilly * Until : September 2026 _About the job_ As digital & continuous improvement lead apprentice within our operation excellence team, you’ll contribute to both continuous improvement initiatives — working alongside process experts — and the delivery of digital tools that simplify how we work every day. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main responsibilities:** • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the different transformation waves of M&S Services, by identifying opportunities to standardize and simplify processes in collaboration with Global Process Leaders and subject matter experts • Contribute to the follow-up of action plans put in place with the various functions, helping track progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery of improvement measures • Participate in the development of digital tools, including Power Apps and PowerBI dashboards, from gathering business needs through to delivery and post-launch support • Take part in managing the product backlog for digital projects by writing clear user stories and ensuring priorities reflect the needs of the teams we support • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to facilitate design workshops, map current processes, and co-build simpler, more efficient ways of working • Contribute to rep
