With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress. **MAIN OBJECTIVES** Programme of learning will consist of 2 years day release to study the Level 3 EAL Diploma in Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technologies (EMST) knowledge qualification. This study path is combined with workplace learning. When at work the technician will be employed in Manufacturing to support the application of learning from college and enable the gathering of evidence of learning and application for completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering – Technical Support Technician (development competence) qualification. The objective at the end of the 42-month programme is qualification and permanent employment as Test and Repair Technician. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diligent application to study the EMST route on day release and within company time to achieve a successful outcome with qualification. * Diligent application of learning in the workplace to demonstrate the learning and knowledge gained. * Attending regular monitoring review meetings with appointed training officer. * Gathering a portfolio of on the job learning and work evidence to meet the needs of the
