This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in real estate and property management services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our property management solutions to property owners and investors. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels. * **Client Engagement:** Understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions. * **Sales Conversion:** Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. * **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local property market dynamics. * **Relationship Management:** Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * **Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager **Location:** On-site –Bengaluru, KA **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
