This position is offered under an apprenticeship program and is intended to provide structured, hands‑on training within a controlled and regulated environment. * The role offers exposure to core asset management operations while developing an understanding of Deutsche Bank’s / DWS governance, risk, and control framework. **Your key responsibilities** * Support day‑to‑day asset management operational activities including trade lifecycle support, reconciliations, data validation & Reporting * Assist in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational data across systems * Perform routine operational checks in line with documented procedures and service standards * Support preparation of standard operational and management information reports * Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist with resolution of operational breaks and queries * Maintain documentation and records in accordance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements * Adhere to Deutsche Bank and DWS policies, procedures, and control standards at all times **Your skills and experience** * Basic understanding of financial markets or asset management concepts * Strong attention to detail and analytical approach * Working knowledge of MS Excel and standard office applications * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team * Willingness to learn in a process‑driven and control‑focused environment **Ho
