Monitor common van stock and consumables

## Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Field support and job readiness• Support the Lead Electrician in daily job execution by preparing materials, tools, and routine supplies needed for assigned work.• Pull and load materials from the shop when directed.• Monitor common van stock and consumables such as tape, straps, wire nuts, and similar items, and communicate shortages before they disrupt work.• Help ensure materials are accessible, organized, and where they need to be on the job. Work execution• Perform assigned electrical tasks under the direction of the Lead Electrician, including basic installation, pipe running, cleanup, and other field work appropriate to skill level.• Complete work to company standards for quality, neatness, and safety.• Take on progressively more independent work as skill and trust increase.• Support productive workflow on the job site so the lead can stay focused on higher level work. Documentation and administrative support• Assist with field paperwork as assigned, including time sheets, work orders, and related job documentation.• Help ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and turned in on time.• Communicate material needs, job progress, and field issues clearly to the Lead Electrician.
