Full Job Description
**Who we are looking for:** Someone who can: Support SSIM Marketing Finance operations by owning key expense processing workflows across Workfin, payments tracking, and planner card governance. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., Events, Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement) to enable accurate and timely processing of marketing expenses. Maintain end‑to‑end payments tracking and provide clear status visibility for marketing payments Own the Planner Card process, including monthly tracking, reconciliation, and coordination from statement generation through submission to Accounts Payable. Support payment runs through Workfin to ensure invoices are cleared for payment on time. Prepare and deliver MIS reporting relevant to payments tracking, invoice recording, planner cards, contractor reclasses, and batch pulls Produce and support contractor reclass reporting and associated tracking / reporting routines. Implement and maintain effective controls within the payment process to identify errors and ensure timely, accurate payments Collaborate with Events and Marketing stakeholders to streamline planner card inputs and reduce delays caused by category confirmation and missing invoices. **Why is this role important to us:** The team you will be joining is a part is: State Street Investment Management Finance team **What you will be responsible for:** As Associate 2 you will: Support SSIM Marketing Finance operations by owning key expense processing workflows across **Workfin** , **payments tracking** , and **planner card governance**.
