### **Job Description** Overview We are seeking motivated and technically strong Civil and Structural Engineering apprentices who will be trained and developed to support 3D reinforced concrete (RC) modelling, Steel modelling and detailing using Tekla Structures, Allplan and Revit. This role is part of our strategic initiative to strengthen in house digital engineering capability to support complex nuclear and other high integrity infrastructure projects. The apprenticeship provides hands on training, mentorship, and progressive responsibilities to prepare candidates for long term roles in 3D modelling, detailing, and BIM-based engineering workflows. Your Role * Learning & Development * Complete structured training modules on: * 3D modelling fundamentals * Tekla Structures (RC & Steel), Allplan, Revit, Idea statica/robot/STAAD * Nuclear project engineering processes * Digital engineering and BIM fundamentals * Learn international codes, detailing standards, and modelling practices (e.g., BS, Eurocodes, ACI). * Work closely with mentors to understand the full lifecycle of RC & Concrete detailing—from design interpretation to model delivery. * Skills & Competencies Essential * Strong understanding of Reinforced Concrete design and detailing fundamentals. * Good knowledge of engineering drawings, structural plans, and construction terminology. * Ability to learn new digital tools quickly and adapt to technology-driven workflows. * Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to follow structured processes. About you * Recent Engineering graduate in relevant disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical or Post graduation in Structures. * Strong academic record and interest in structural modelling/digital engineering * Preferred (Added Advantage) * Exposure to Tekla Structures, Allplan, Revit, or any CAD/BIM software (even academic level). * Coursework or projects involving 3D modelling, RC design, or structural detailing. * Familiarity with industry
