Must Have
High School graduate or may be offset by experience, Valid driver's license, Must obtain and maintain required state commercial applicator certification, Must be able to obtain and maintain an Ag CDL

Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment
What You'll Do.
Apply products safely and accurately
Operate and maintain Company equipment
Build and maintain customer relations
Provide feedback on field conditions
Provide quality application of dry fertilizer products and
Utilize technology for accurate product application
and transporting products
Obtain/maintain state commercial applicator certification
Perform daily equipment inspection
Perform post application inspections
Maintain safety equipment in optimum condition
Maintain applicator and equipment logs
Perform required calibration
Perform preventive maintenance
Comply with regulatory guidelines in rinsing and washing
Assist other team members in physical duties
Assist with operational scouting
Assist with product transportation
Assist with various services for customers
Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies

**Job Description** **Overview of Position:** The purpose of the position is to apply products safely and accurately to a wide range of labeled crops and sites from recommendations made by the Manager/Salesperson. This position also operates and maintains Company equipment involved in these applications. This includes building and maintaining customer relations through application of products and providing feedback to customers and location manager of field conditions that they note during application.
