Full Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing solar sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity focused on outbound calling to homeowners, generating interest in solar energy solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. If you enjoy talking to people, handling objections, and creating opportunities through phone conversations, this role offers unlimited earning potential based on your performance. ## Requirements Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems * Introduce and generate interest in residential solar solutions * Qualify homeowners based on established criteria * Handle objections professionally and confidently * Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar * Schedule qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team * Maintain accurate records of calls and appointment outcomes * Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting goals Requirements * Strong English communication skills, both spoken and writte * Confident and professional speaking voic * Previous sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or customer-facing experience preferre * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound call * Strong objection-handling and conversation management skill * Fast learner with the ability to adapt to scripts and processes quickl * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drive * Reliable internet connection and quality headse * Ability to work independently in a remote environmen
