Nice to Have
B2B sales development or lead generation experience, SDR support experience (lead enrichment, contact research, LinkedIn outreach), Familiarity with commercial property management, construction, stormwater, or related services, Experience working inside tools like Smartlead. ai or lightweight CRMs, Comfort picking up additional operational tasks as the role evolves
What You'll Do.
Follow up on cold email campaigns with confident outbound calling to convert outreach into booked meetings
Confirm email receipt and quickly uncover the correct decision-maker for stormwater maintenance/repair needs
Qualify basic fit (who owns the decision
current vendor status
interest) and route the opportunity to sales
Schedule meetings accurately and ensure the sales team has clean notes and correct contact details
Build early-stage relationships that help the business become an approved vendor with target organizations
Use Smartlead. ai daily to manage outreach tasks
and keep activity organized
Support light SDR tasks as needed (LinkedIn direct messaging
Provide occasional admin/ops support that keeps the outreach engine running smoothly
