Remote World is hiring an **Appointment Setter** to support a UK-based sales team. Your role is simple but vital: connect with prospects, spark interest, and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team to close. This is a great opportunity if you're confident on the phone, enjoy talking to new people, and want a foot in the door of a fast-moving UK business — all from home. ### Key Responsibilities * Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce the company's offering * Qualify leads based on set criteria and book meetings for the sales team * Follow up with contacts who haven't yet responded * Keep the CRM updated with all outreach activity and outcomes * Work towards daily and weekly booking targets ### What You'll Need * Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a phone-based customer role * A clear, friendly phone manner with strong spoken English * Resilience — comfortable with rejection and focused on the next call * Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking * Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace ### What's on Offer * **Salary: R15,000 per month** * Full-time, permanent remote position * Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) * Equipment provided * 20 days paid annual leave We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
