What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Any degree, 2 to 6 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience, Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript for backend and full stack development, Experience building backend APIs and services using modern frameworks and integration patterns, Understanding of full stack application development, including UI, backend logic, and database integration, Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals such as data structures, testing, debugging, and version control, Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and secure application development
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architecture, Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and enterprise integration/security patterns, Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products, GenAI integrations, or intelligent automation platforms
