Must Have
High School Diploma or Equivalent or 3 years related experience and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience, Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Nice to Have
A Washington State Commercial Pesticide License, with all categories pertaining to the agricultural business preferred or private applicator license.
What You'll Do.
water run fertilizer and pesticide applications
overseeing all chemigation activities
maintenance of all chemigation equipment
Mixes and applies water run pesticides
Applies water run liquid fertilizer
Mixes and applies a fertilizer and/or pesticides at planting or cultivation that is applied directly to the furrow
Mixes and applies a fertilizer and/or pesticide to roadsides
which includes backpack sprayers
Calibrates fertilizer and/or pesticide delivery systems
such as fertilizer delivery system on planters
seed treatment applications
or in-furrow pesticide applications
Repairs and maintains all chemigation equipment
including any fabrication or installation of new equipment
Cleaning and maintaining vehicles and areas such as shop area
chemical storage area
Delivers pesticides to airstrip
Cross-trained on the following positions – Operator
Oversee incoming and receiving product from inventory from our chemical storage
