We're seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to apply crop nutrients and protection products with precision and care, while also assisting in day-to-day operations and maintaining the equipment that keeps everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do As a key part of our agronomy team, your responsibilities will include: * Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using modern custom application equipment. * Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure correct product application based on blend sheets and crop needs. * Assist with daily operations , including receiving, loading, and delivering ag products, and treating seed. * Support customers directly , building trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to service and agronomic excellence. * Perform light mechanical work to keep application equipment and vehicles in top working condition. * Work extended hours during peak seasons—and take pride in getting the job done right. ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a passion for agriculture. Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or GED (post-secondary ag education a plus) * Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in varying weather conditions * Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons * Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement, or willingness to obtain * Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License * Strong math skills for mixing and calibration * Previous experience operating and maintaining farm equipment Preferred: * Farming background * Prior experience with application of crop
