## Description Elk Valley Resources (EVR) operates four steelmaking coal mines that employ over 5,000 people in the Elk Valley of British Columbia. EVR is proud to be part of the Glencore Group, contributing to a global portfolio of operations with a history that dates back more than 100 years in Canada. ## Benefits Two Annual Bonus PlansComprehensive Benefits PlanRetirement PackageHealth Lifestyle Account ## In this role you will Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Create, administer, analyze, and report on end user needs assessments and skills assessments Design, develop, and deliver training programs and individual classes for software applications Review training materials and documentation as well as keeping them up to date Create training videos to support Competency Based training model Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams Track training of participants in the training database Provide Application support as required ## Requirements Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite® Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Experience with staff development would be an asset ## Additional Information The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
