This position manages the planning, development, and maintenance of applications across program domains, such as Energy Assistance, Special Assistance, and related technical workstreams. The Senior Applications Systems Manager role oversees the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), coordinates vendor engagement, and collaborates with stakeholders across DHHS divisions and partner agencies. This position is key to delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient technology solutions that support critical health and human services operations.
