What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years' experience in an Application Support role, Deep expertise in Unix/Linux, Advanced Shell scripting, Experience with enterprise monitoring tools, Experience with log aggregation platforms, Experience with some programming languages, Experience with containerization platforms, Experience with relational databases, Experience with NoSQL databases, Knowledge of messaging solutions, Advanced execution capabilities, Ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization, Effective written and verbal communications, Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms, Demonstrated analytical skills, Issue tracking and reporting using tools, Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools, Ability to plan and organize workload, Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder, Proven expertise in supporting high-volume, mission-critical applications that process, manage, and distribute financial data related to securities, pricing, and rates

What You'll Do.
Provide technical and business support
Provide resolution to critical incidents
Support planning and execution of system changes
Maintain and optimize production monitoring/observability estate
Collaborate closely with development teams

Assess implications of new and existing technology applications
