What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, understanding of packaging systems, automation, and integrated solutions, Experience developing layouts, concepts, and estimates for capital equipment or automation projects, Working knowledge of AutoCAD and standard productivity tools, Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into structured technical and commercial inputs, Effective communicator across technical and commercial teams, Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities

Works in close partnership with Business Development, Controls, Operations, Supply Chain, and platform partners; Collaborate with Business Development to support opportunity shaping and customer discussions; Provide technical input to Operations during project handoff; Participate in internal reviews, customer design discussions, and project kickoffs
