What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in application management, application delivery or IT engineering, Proven experience managing in-house and vendor-provided/SaaS applications across their lifecycle, including vendor governance, SLAs and systems integrations, understanding of modern application architectures, cloud/SaaS platforms, SDLC practices, ITIL processes and application security principles, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and busness audiences, Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with accountability and decision-making capabilities, Fluency in Greek and English is required
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, credit management or insurance is preferred, Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP, Scrum) are considered an asset

Own the lifecycle and governance of the local application portfolio

You will do it in a highly international environment and in a supportive culture where effort counts. **Are you our new Applications Manager?** As the Applications Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of the Market application landscape, covering in-house developed solutions, vendor-provided systems and the integrations that support business operations. You will manage a team of Application Developers, Solutions Architects and Systems Analysts, while providing matrix oversight to local developers and Technical Owners across business units. Reporting to the Local Market IT Director, you will work closely with Business Owners, the Market Information Security Officer (MISO), Group IT, vendors and integration partners to ensure applications are reliable, secure and aligned with business priorities.
