What You'll Do.
performs engineering work related to researching
and testing new products
or portions of power system solutions
interpreting and calculating equations efficiently and effectively
and select subsystem components for power systems designs according to Engineering Guidelines
Test and validate top level power systems as well as sub-level power system components
Contribute toward design of new product via product sizing and selection
Review and verify product performance via testing
Assess reliability performance of product versus requirement
Analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefit derived and possible applications justify expenditures
Post-process test data and develop engineering reports
Completes work according to standard engineering principles and practices
Responsible to follow the company ERP procedures and maintenance as documented
Responsible to follow the company quality and safety management procedures as documented
