Must Have
6-8 years experience in pension payroll, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Knowledge of pension payroll domain, Proficiency in SQL, Advanced working knowledge of pension payroll systems, Expertise in configuration management practices, Intermediate to advanced skills in JavaScript, Intermediate to advanced skills in HTML, Intermediate to advanced skills in CSS, Experience with ETL tools, Experience with data integration platforms, Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail, Outstanding communication and presentation skills, Ability to influence stakeholders, Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, Project management skills, Organizational skills, Ability to document requirements, Ability to create technical specifications, Ability to develop training materials, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
