Full Job Description

Reporting to the Learning Services TrakCare Training Manager, the TrakCare Application Trainer role is to analyze TrakCare/IntelliCare training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor-led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses. Key Tasks: Plan prepare and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements. Design, develop and maintain TrakCare/IntelliCare training materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments. Deliver training courses, in classroom and virtually as needed. Majority of the training courses are eLearning. Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments. Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.
