Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in application implementation, system support, or a similar technical role, understanding of business processes and how they are supported by IT systems, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including user guides and technical specifications, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Proven experience with enterprise-level applications (e. g. , ERP, CRM, MES, Mendix) is highly desirable, Experience in Automation & Fleet Management Application is a plus, Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
