What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Strong, hands-on experience supporting Charles River IMS in production, including configuration and operational workflows., Proven understanding across key asset classes in CRIMS (equities, fixed income, cash, futures, FX, exchange-traded and OTC derivatives) and the full trade lifecycle., Confidence working in an asset owner or asset manager environment, partnering with investment operations, compliance, risk and data teams., A calm, structured approach to incident management, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication., A continuous improvement mindset, you look for smarter, faster, more resilient ways to support the platform., Proven experience supporting core investment platforms such as CRIMS, BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, and Investment data solutions e. g. Snowflake or similar systems within an asset owner, asset manager, or superannuation fund environment., familiarity with incident and service management tools (e. g. , ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence) and experience operating within an ITIL-aligned service delivery framework., Understanding of integration architectures, API ecosystems, and cloud-based infrastructures (e. g. , SaaS, Azure, AWS)., Working knowledge of SQL, Python and VBA/Macros, with experience handling investment data extraction and analysis.

Tertiary or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

This is a hands-on role at the centre of our investment technology stack, with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) as our core front-to-back investment management system.
