What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field, Advanced Excel skills, Basic SQL knowledge, analytical and structured thinking, Excellent communication skills across both technical and business audiences, Customer-oriented, user-centric mindset, Fluent English (daily working language, spoken and written), Ability and willingness to work in an international environment

Nice to Have

Power Query, advanced formulas, data modelling is a plus, VBA / scripting or general automation experience, Experience in GRC, Risk Management, or Information Security, Familiarity with ticketing or backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow), Knowledge of data visualization / BI tools, German language skills, Experience with vendor coordination or product/application support

What You'll Do.

Providing direct support to an international community of expert users (risk

Gather and structure business/user requirements

Define use cases and translate them into clear technical specifications

Maintain and refine backlog items

Manage and prioritize change requests with our vendors

Align on developments and track releases

Operate and continuously improve the internal GRC application

Develop and automate reports and data processing

Perform testing and validation (UAT mindset) for new features and releases

Support ISMS and Risk Management processes in an international environment

Improve user experience and usability of the tool
