Must Have

2+ years fintech integrations experience with online and in-store solutions, Familiar with one or more programming languages (either PHP or JavaScript required), Experience with Web technologies such as JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Understands basic API design concepts, Familiar with API testing tools such as CURL or Postman, Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Big commerce, Creative thinker who is experienced at the discovery process and understanding client pain points and opportunities, problem-solving skills and proactively manage expectations on client calls

Nice to Have

Relevant experience with eCommerce platforms, payments gateways or payment processors is preferred, Currently pursuing, recently completed, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Experience with Node. js or Python, Exposure to cloud technologies, Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc. )

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on API capabilities, guiding internal and external developers through seamless integrations while ensuring the reliability and performance of our API infrastructure. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing individual contributor role that blends technical expertise with strong communication skills. You will partner with clients, merchants, and internal teams to deliver efficient, scalable integration solutions that drive business success. **How you’ll make an impact:** * Be an expert on the API methods that are available to properly help/guide other developers to integrate their system with our e-commerce platform * Monitor APIs infrastructures (Production, Stage & Sandboxes), making sure they are up & running 24/7 * If an incident shows up, this person must submit a ticket to Support (L2) and keep users informed until it is remedied * Able to troubleshoot issues during integration between platforms.
