Application Support (Linux & OpenShift) We are looking for an Application Support to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms. Main Responsibilities * Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in the application deployment process * Ensure fast, automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments * Solve issues related to application servers and deployments * Implement and maintain deployment automation processes * Manage and administer Java application platforms (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM) * Work with large environments (200+ servers) across production and non-production * Manage incidents, problems and service requests * Ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs * Participate in ongoing projects * Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting * Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures * Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams * Participate in control and operations center activities ## Qualifications * Experience (3+ years) with: Linux / Unix systems * Containers and platforms : OpenShift, Docker * Automation tools : Ansible, Jenkins * Java-based application servers * Scripting knowledge: Python and Shell Script * Experience with deployment pipelines and automation * Team player mindset * Portuguese required and English (writte
