What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 + years of experience in technical operations, EV charging, telecom, or infrastructure deployment, Communicates clearly in English and German, Experience interpreting logs, performing remote testing, and validating system behavior, Takes ownership of tasks end-to-end, ensuring sites are fully operational before handover
Nice to Have
Familiar with EV protocols such as OCPP and OCPI (or has interest in learning)
