Full Job Description

We are looking for a 3-5 years of Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. This role requires basic understanding of regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment. ## Requirements The ideal candidate will: * Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications. * Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues. * Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards. * Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: * 3-5 years in application production support with regulatory reporting domain knowledge. * Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging. * Familiarity Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts. * Experience of writing SQL queries. * Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously. * Knowledge of ReportHub(a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.
