Full Job Description

The Third-Party Applications (3PA) team is responsible for the onboarding, operation, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical third-party platforms used across the firm. The team works closely with traders, quantitative researchers, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users to ensure applications remain reliable, scalable, and well-supported. Your Future Role within QRT You will: Provide support for third-party applications across on-premises, AWS, and SaaS environments. Manage and troubleshoot applications such as Refinitiv, Grafana, Tableau, ChatGPT, and other business-critical platforms. Collaborate with business and technology teams to onboard new applications and enhance existing services. Design, deploy, and maintain application platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability. Monitor application health, investigate issues, and proactively address potential service disruptions. Work with internal users and external vendors to resolve incidents and minimise service impact. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to improve platform reliability. Partner with traders, quantitative researchers, and developers to support and optimise application environments. Develop and enhance automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Build and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, and monitoring solutions.
