Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 2–4 years application support experience, Hands-on SAP support experience, Understanding of supported applications, Knowledge of monitoring tools, Problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to prioritize and manage tasks, Customer service orientation
Nice to Have
S/4HANA experience preferred, Familiarity with database management systems, Basic query writing skills, Experience with scripting and automation tools, Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM frameworks
What You'll Do.
Provide first-line support
Diagnose and resolve complex issues
Collaborate with development teams
Respond to escalated user queries
Monitor application health and performance
Perform regular system checks
Assist end users with troubleshooting
Develop and maintain user documentation
Lead user training sessions
Manage incident tickets through resolution
Analyze recurring issues
Document known issues
Work closely with developers
Work with IT infrastructure teams
Participate in application rollouts
Participate in application upgrades
Support IT operational processes
Coordinate hardware requisitions
Coordinate software requisitions
Maintain IT asset records
Oversee asset lifecycle activities
Coordinate invoice approval workflows
Maintain documentation for issues
Maintain documentation for resolutions
Maintain documentation for support processes
Assist with performance reporting
Identify areas for improvement
Stay informed on software versions
Participate in post-implementation reviews
Support enhancements to application support processes
Stay current with emerging technologies
Stay current with industry trends
