10+ years of deep Operational experience, Highly functional in SQL, Highly functional in Python, Ability to 'dig into' issues and build the solution immediately, Change management skills, Proven ability to operate as a 'self-starter', Ability to influence team culture without formal authority, Excellent ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, everyday support tools, Individual contributor focused on building not managing people

Develop self-healing solutions for common operational failures
Integrate AI workflows with tools such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace
Create intelligent workflows that analyze logs
and provide RCA insights
Deliver automated operational context for incoming incidents
Improve incident response through proactive automation
Convert manual troubleshooting runbooks into automated workflows
Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and automate solutions
