Must Have
Service desk or ITSM system experience, One to three years of system integration or software maintenance or development experience, Three to five years of experience in integrations support, maintenance, or development, Knowledge of Web Services and APIs (SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON), problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities, Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile development processes and Scrum framework, knowledge of Jira, Knowlede of Workday Integration development, An understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e. g. , middleware, file transfer, transformation logic), Kafka or Mulesoft knowledge a plus, Working knowledge of MS Excel, macros, and/or SQL a plus
