What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of clinical support experience, Ophthalmology, especially vitreous/posterior segment expertise, Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, Willing to travel domestically at least 50% of the time as business requires
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Collaborate with local business partners for KOL demonstration support
Provide clinical training to end-users (surgeons and nursing staff)
Ensure safe use of products
Perform pre-sales demonstrations
Ensure smooth packing of consumables post-installation
Demonstrate equipment and applications to doctors and hospital staff
Promote instruments and liquids
Provide on-site support to IB and KOLs
Install surgical equipment
Provide overnight support during surgeries
Obtain specific certifications
Coordinate with headquarters downstream and clinical teams
Build KOL relationships in China
Promote and introduce new products to existing and new customers
Stay updated on new instruments
and surgical techniques
Provide regional clinical training to dealers and distributors
Follow up with dealers and distributors
Ensure compliance with service agreements
Test and inspect equipment technical specifications
Support dealers in filling/checking bid specification sheets
Report installation/demonstration/training results to General Manager
Report customer complaints to General Manager
Report technical defects to General Manager
Report KOL opinions to General Manager
Report competitor activities to General Manager
Report possible sales leads to General Manager

Full Job Description
Position Summary 1、与当地商业伙伴密切合作,为各区域KOL作演示支持; 2、为该地区的D.O.R.C.最终用户(外科医生和护理人员)提供临床培训,使其能够在服务和应用方面安全使用D.O.R.C产品,并履行培训承诺; 3、负责售前演示,并确保安装后耗材的顺利打包; 4、在需要时向医生和医院工作人员演示设备及其应用,并在可能的情况下对我们的仪器和液体进行推广 5、为现有的IB和KOL提供现场支持,例如在现场安装手术设备,安装硬件、备份系统、软件,包括在需要时跨夜跟台; 6、获得D.O.R.C.的特定认证——第一年达到2~3级,第二年达到4级。(第二级:可以独立演示,第三级:能够培训经销商,第四级:可以培训培训师); 7、与总部下游和临床团队协调,在中国建立KOL关系。利用技能向现有和新客户推广并介绍新的D.O.R.C.产品 8、及时了解新器械、一次性用品和新手术技术; 9、为经销商和分销商提供区域临床培训,并跟进他们,以确保他们遵守与D.O.R.C.签署的服务协议(拥有配件、训练有素的服务技术人员、必要时进行软件升级以及使用DocuSign); 10、测试和检查设备的技术规格,并支持经销商填写/检查投标规格表; 11、向大中华区总经理报告安装/演示/培训结果、客户投诉、技术缺陷、KOL意见、竞争对手的活动、可能的销售线索等。 Education 本科或硕士学历以上,眼科、医学、工程等专业优先; Experience 1、至少3年临床支持经验,眼科特别是玻切/眼后节领域专家; 2、出色的沟通技巧,能够跟团队以及跨部门有很好地合作; 3、敏锐的商业洞见,以目标为导向,有销售思维者尤佳; 4、以服务为导向,熟悉手术跟台操作协议(如何在OT中做出反应); 5、深入了解竞争产品组合和应用程序支持; 6、强烈的主人翁精神,做事积极主动,对工作充满热情; 7、自我驱动力和学习能力强,能够独立工作; 8、既踏实务实又有策略性,注重细节,工作勤奋努力,能担当多面手的角色; 9、流利的的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧; 10、优秀的培训和演讲技巧; 11、具有团队合作精神,强烈渴望满足客户需求; 12、愿意按业务需求,国内出差频率至少在50%。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
