What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline, Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in water treatment, preferably in chemical treatment for industrial applications, Experience with industrial customers and applications in utility water and wastewater treatment, technical problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken), Ability to conduct technical presentations and customer training, Ability to travel approximately 10–12 days per month or as business needs dictate
Nice to Have
Background in the light manufacturing sector is preferred but not mandatory
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support for water treatment business
Identify key gaps and improvement opportunities
Expand water treatment portfolio
Set protocols for trials
Conduct customer audits
Lead key pilot programs
Secure product or solution approvals
Train and support local sales team
Identify customer requirements
Develop systematic programs
Plan and conduct on-site trials
Define protocols and standards
Gain customer approvals
Lead execution of key value propositions
Replicate successful solutions
Collaborate with country business teams
Liaise with senior leaders
Build relationships with OEMs
Work closely with country business leaders
Engage with global water treatment community

Train and support the sales team; Collaborate with country business teams; Liaise with senior leaders, technical teams, and operations personnel; Work closely with country business leaders, sales and technical teams, sector leaders, and global technical support groups; Engage with the global water treatment community
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Ability to conduct technical presentations and customer training
