2+ years of development experience, Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience, Proficient in C++ (C++ 14 and up), Understanding of COM fundamentals, Experience integrating COM components, Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Bias towards action and results

POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and resourceful engineer to join the EarnIn payroll services team. As a Backend Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of our backend services. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to create meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,482-$116,700, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
