**Job Description & Summary** **The Opportunity** As part of PwC Applications team, you ensure stable, secure, and user-focused operation of business applications running on Azure Cloud in a modern, hybrid environment. You independently install, configure, and operate enterprise and legacy apps, automate tasks, and handle changes/releases per governance. You troubleshoot end-to-end, partner with Application Managers for performance and availability, and drive improvements through documentation and cross-team collaboration, all in fluent English. **What you will be doing** * You install, configure, support, and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of applications running on Azure. * You implement new features and upgrades for application and security. Plan and execute releases/changes; maintain environments and test setups. * You automate routine tasks, improve runbooks and deployment steps * You focus on stability, quality improvement, and problem management. * You provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with external experts. * You actively and independently process incidents and requests. * You develop and maintain application and training documentation. * You work closely with Application Managers and product teams to ensure stability, performance and availability. **What we need from you** * You hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science * You have education in IT or at least 4 years of experience in IT/Application Operation Management. * You have experience with Azure cloud computing services. * You have experience in the implementation, automating and optimization of processes and IT systems. * You have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively investigate and resolve incidents. * Basic to intermediate Power Automate knowledge (flows, approvals, connectors) * You have effective verbal and written communication skills. * AZ-900 Azure Fundamental * AI-900 AI Fundamentals * MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals * PowerShell traini
