Must Have
Hands‑on experience in application operations, systems administration or production support in complex technical environments, Deep background on mainframe systems including CICS, JCL, COBOL and DB2, Experience working with OPC, EDITRAN, Omegamon and other IBM tools, Demonstrable experience in working with zOS IBM environment, Proficient in English for written and spoken business communication, Spanish for local collaboration
What You'll Do.
Provide Level 2 application technical support
stability and performance of critical systems
Operate and support applications across Mainframe environments
Monitor applications using observability tools
troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring issues
release and incident management processes
Take ownership of specific application areas or processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
