Must Have
6–9 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / SRE roles, knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting basics, Experience with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache), Hands-on experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins) and deployment processes, Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc. ), Good understanding of database concepts (Oracle/SQL) and basic query troubleshooting, Incident management and RCA experience in enterprise environments, Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun. **About the team** : The Digital One Service Delivery team is responsible for providing end-to-end production support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services for Consumer Studio, Teller, OAO and BPS platform. The team ensures platform stability, compliance with SLAs, incident management and continuous service improvement. It works closely with Development, Infrastructure and Client teams to manage production issues, deployments and operational activities across multiple environments. **What you will be doing** * Provide production support for multiple Digital One applications across environments * Monitor application health using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Log Rocket, Tryambak, BigPanda, Nobl9 and AIOps platforms * Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution within SLA * Manage and support application deployments, releases, and change activities * Handle certificate management activities. * Work on automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce Toils. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, DB, infra, security) for issue resolution and releases * Support vulnerability remediation, patching and compliance activities **What you bring:** * 6–9 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / SRE roles * Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting basics * Experience with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache) * Hands-on experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
