Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun. **About the team** : The Digital One Service Delivery team is responsible for providing end-to-end production support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) services for Digital One Flex . The team ensures platform stability, compliance with SLAs, incident management and continuous service improvement. It works closely with Development, Infrastructure and Client teams to manage production issues, deployments and operational activities across multiple environments. **What you will be doing** * Provide **technical support for production applications and software environments** * Monitor applications and infrastructure for availability, performance, and issues * Detect, diagnose, and resolve application/system issues using diagnostic tools * Handle **Sev1/Sev2/Sev3 incidents within SLA timelines** and perform root cause analysis (RCA) * Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues. * Maintain and support application components, including third-party software * Perform **regular maintenance, patches, and bug fixes** * Support release deployments and production changes across environments * Collaborate with development teams for fixes and improvements **What you bring:** * Conduct **daily system monitoring and health checks of applications and servers** * Analyse logs (application, system, event logs) for proactive issue resolution * Ensure high system uptime and performance * Work closely with: * Development teams (for fixes/enhancements) * Infrastructure/DBA teams (for platform issues) * Business stakeholders (for issue communication) * Provide regular statu
