Training and documentation experience is required., Must have experience writing technical and functional specifications., Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite., Candidate should be a results-driven, execution-focused and seasoned professional who can work independently., Candidate should have experience in the change control management process and have a understanding and experience in managing complex projects.
Nice to Have
Prior systems implementation experience is preferred.
What You'll Do.
managing the standardization and migration from existing legacy Management Information Systems (MIS) solutions to Enterprise MIS solutions.
support the functional areas of Finance
Shop Floor Data Collection and Shipping/Receiving.
Process GAP Assessment
Functional Requirements Gathering
Solution Testing & Implementation
Training Effectiveness Assessment
Process Compliance Auditing
Solution Compliance Auditing
recommend changes and adaptations to materials based on actual experience gained with the materials when used in the plants.
technical support for web-based and other alternative methods of delivery.
trends and/or performance gaps as they relate to the employee effectiveness.
develops appropriate strategies to help move the organization to a high performance environment.
implementation of specific programs.
Communicates directly with key operational stakeholders to set implementation strategy.
Applies standard evaluation methodologies for measuring training effectiveness and analyzes evaluation data.
and distributes participant materials
including but not limited to pre-work
participant guides/workbooks
Consult with business unit to gain knowledge of their daily operations
define their training needs and make recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
