Key job responsibilities - Provide support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple features and services owned by the team. - Develop and maintain automation tools, processes to improve operational efficiency. - Conduct thorough debugging and provide technical solutions through code modifications, configuration changes, and performance optimization. - System and Support status reporting. - Address software and security mandates for services owned by the team to ensure optimal health of applications. - Work with support and development team for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill set. - Curiosity to learn and adapt to latest tools and technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance operational efficiency.
