What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University / college studies in Electrical engineering, Proven experience in engineering genset enclosure solutions in the diesel engine/generator industry, min. 5 years, Solid understanding of automation system, electrical system, protection system of a diesel generator set, Knowledge of engineering calculation for genset electrical systems, Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts, Good understanding of Asian cultures and business practices, Proficient in English and Thai language, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Demonstrate the ability to integrate the understanding into designing a genset enclosure, Demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute complex electrical system designs and bring cost benefit to the customer

Collaborate with the regional application team on application engineering work. Be the subject matter expert to advise the regional team (application engineering) of the local Thailand standards and norms that are applicable to our business. Assist to develop and manage complete scope from initiation to onsite delivery of electrical systems related to the diesel genset enclosure. Tendering Matters Work closely with the regional team to define the technical scope. Review/clarify customer’s specifications & tender documents. Review and finalize the C/D/E document together with the regional application engineering team. Provide the technical specifications and define the scope of supply for the equipment. Coordinate with factory and local suppliers to harmonize the scope of supply. Work with suppliers/contractors to quote for the equipment and obtain proposals timely. Solution Engineering Matters Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Define the electrical systems requirements for the walk in genset enclosures suitable for the project needs. Provide the electrical/automation design and prepares the drawings and documents for the customer’s technical requirements. Calculate, verify, and select the right equ
