We are seeking a results-driven **Application Engineer (Thailand)** to provides technical expertise for sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes. **_Key Responsibilities:_** * Presales Support: Support sales to design technical solutions for customers, introduce the system to customers with sales. * After-sales Support: Product installation & training for customers and following for future technical support. * Dealers’ Technical Management: Serve as the technical contact between X-Rite and the assigned partners.
