BE/ME Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication, Knowledge of HVAC systems, Knowledge of BMS architecture, Experience selecting field devices/sensors, Knowledge of network protocols, Experience in wiring starters/field devices/panels, Experience engineering/installing/commissioning HVAC & BMS systems, Experience in Automation (PLC/SCADA), Experience in Pre-sales stage bid processing, Quick learner, Keen eye for problem solving, Proficient in written and verbal communication, Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in Building Automation Industry, Relevant experience in BMS Design Engineering, Exposure to Cost optimization, Exposure to value engineering, Exposure working with pre-sales teams (APAC, Americas, EMEA)

Perform cost estimation

Review specifications
Identify BMS Controls/monitoring for HAVC equipment
Identify BMS Controls/monitoring for utility systems
Prepare for project kick-off meetings
Participate in project kick-off meetings
Prepare for review meetings
Participate in review meetings
Maintain technical queries log
Maintain compliance/deviations log
Record minutes of meeting
Adhere to standard estimation process
Follow estimation guideline
Select hardware combination
