Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemistry or Production Engineering, Active register CRQ or CREA, Advanced English Level, Professional background in drilling fluid analysis, Field-based evaluations in oil and gas environments, Ability to be on call outside normal business hours, Ability to work within a global matrix organization, Full understanding of Profit & Loss requirements, Technical job planning
Nice to Have
Significant operational field experience, Comfortable presenting in front of an audience, Ability to manage, develop, coach, and mentor teams, Ability to learn and use various computer tools, Ability to work independently

Understand customer objectives and commercial terms
Perform post-job analysis
Perform engineering modeling calculations
Collaborate with disciplines and stakeholders
Consider application and proposed products/services
Develop risk-mitigation plans
Develop contingency plans
Meet customer objectives
Maximize revenue potential
Ensure future job assignments
Communicate risk of not meeting objectives
Document calculations/simulations/plan reviews
Provide on-demand support
Compare planned work with executed work
Document lessons learned
Develop recommendations for procedural improvements
Work on field incidents
