Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or relevant professional experience in respective technical area, Knowledge in Application Development framework, basics in ITOT Operations, System-level understanding of Site digital platforms (MES, Data & Analytics, CyberSec, Digital PDCA), Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization, balancing diverse scenarios and priorities with a business mindset, technically savvy, Understanding of IT Operations (incident, change, problem management), Application Development, Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with multifunctional teams, IT governance, compliance and risk management, Fluent in English

What You'll Do.
Lead the site Digital E2E master plan
Owns site Digital Master Plan implementation

Provide governance and approval
Lead Digital in DNA program

**Job Location** BINH DUONG PLANT **Job Description** **Lead**** the site Digital E2E master plan ** * Owns site Digital Master Plan implementation and orchestrating E2E integration with all other site project activities, and Site/Pillar/Functional masterplans. * Member of the Site digitization team, operating per Digital PDCA and PACE designate. * Provide governance and approval for Site Digital budget, ensure spending compliance and delivering justified business value. * Lead Digital in DNA program, provide capability building for Digital Organization & broader Site organization * Coordinate all Site digital organization (Key Users, Cyber Security Leader, DAE, SSO, Site E2E IT Ops Leader, ICA Ldr, DTL) to operate fully designate digital PDCA. * Work with Site Digital Leader and Site leadership to drive Digital Ideal State with resource allocation. * Facilitate connecting the appropriate site resources with GBS project managers to work project detail plans & execution. * Drive reapplication across the site, remove barriers, escalate and facilitate issue resolution where required. **Responsible for the governance and stewardship of the site’s application portfolio.** * Works with the Site Digital Leader and Dept E&Is (Electrical & Instrumentation) to ensure all MPRS (Make/Pack/Release/Ship) applications are registered with appropriate BIA (Business Impact Assessment) * Owns the site’s compliance for digital asset management. * Identify site trends or recurring issues and develop a plan to address by linking back to the Site Digital Master Plan. * Ensure critical applications are identified and documented in accordance with the Site Continuity Plan. * Partners with site CSV owner(s) to ensure computer systems are properly registered and in compliance. * Participates as part of the Site Change Management Board. **Build the capabilities of the Core Systems team of Key Users and Application Owners.** * Build network within BU and central teams to leverage institutional
