What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience as a software developer within the financial services industry, hands-on development experience with one or more of the following technologies: C#, .NET, Java, Python, VBA, database and SQL skills, including in-depth experience with batch processing, Experience supporting or developing systems for derivatives products, including Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange options, Prior experience working with vendor trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or Sophis, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with limited supervision, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

Background supporting Capital Markets or Corporate & Investment Banking technology platforms, Experience working in Agile development environments, Understanding of enterprise architecture, production support, and financial services security controls, Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers in a technical team
